Are prices per person or per vehicle?
All Asos Turizm VIP transfer prices are fixed per vehicle. As long as the legal passenger capacity is not exceeded, travelling with one or six guests does not change the total price.
How do payment and invoicing work?
You may pay your chauffeur by cash or card in the vehicle, complete a 3D Secure payment online, or use a bank transfer. A corporate e-invoice is issued for every transfer.
How will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur will be ready at the terminal exit with a personalised welcome sign. Once your flight lands, our operations team and chauffeur will contact you directly by WhatsApp or phone.
What are the cancellation and amendment terms?
Until the applicable cancellation deadline, you may cancel or update your journey time through the booking tracker or our 24/7 operations line.
